At our November 6th meeting, Leah Griffith, our Club Foundation Chair, shared an inspiring update on the Rotary Foundation. She reviewed the Foundation's
mission and areas of focus and explained how donations to the Annual Fund-Share are invested for three years before being divided between the World Fund and
District Designated Funds to support both local and global projects.
Leah highlighted the different membership giving levels – Sustaining Members, Paul Harris Fellows, and Paul Harris Society members, along with the Trip Crown
recognition. Out of our 41 Seaside Rotarians, 31 are Paul Harris Fellows, 35 have contributed to the foundation, 9 are major donors, and 2 have achieved the Triple
Crown! Altogether, our club has contributed an impressive $411,393 over the years.
