CEDR Update: At our last meeting, Kevin Leahy shared an engaging presentation about Clatsop Economic Development Resources (CEDR). CEDR plays a key role in
unifying and connecting local economic development efforts by linking government agencies, partners, business owners, and leaders. The organization receives about
$300,000 in annual funding from the Oregon Lottery.
Kevin highlighted both current opportunities and economic challenges facing our region. He also shared the impact of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC),
which offers free, confidential business advising through 20 centers across Oregon. Our local center supported 251 businesses this past year — an incredible asset for
our community. Learn more: https://www.clatsopbusiness.com/ . Get Involved with Upcoming CEDR Events: CEDR Awards – May 22, 2025 and Job & Career Fair –
